How To Properly Delegate Time Consuming Tasks | Learn To Outsource Your Business

Focus on Your Strengths and Delegate Your Weaknesses!

Are you a $10 per hour person, $100 or $1,000 per hour person? Here is the key:
If you earn, for example, $25 per hour, always delegate the tasks that are $10. This is called efficiency. Through delegation you become efficient. Let me clarify the 3 terms that are used interchangeably.

  1. efficiency – ability to produce something with a minimum amount of effort.
  2. effective – able to achieve a desired outcome or end result.
  3. productivity – ability to create at a high quality and quick speed.

In order to follow those 3 definitions for a well running business, you have to learn the mastery to delegate. Always delegate tasks that are time consuming. However, make sure first that they are well structured and defined. Second seriously important rule is to have fun with the process. It is really fun being in control.

Hi Margarita,

Sorry, it took me some time to come over dear…

First off, I loved the image you have on this post ;) Brought some sense of humor today and reminds that we are the responsible of our own success. Isn’t it?

I must say this is a very interesting topic :) Feels like it’s for me. I’ve been thinking of being more efficient with the heap of tasks pouring in lately and again goals come in the way. I have eliminated some tasks at the outset and put ‘em all together into one task. I feel that’s very effective and kept me away from overwhelming. Setting priorities and automating helps me right now, but yet I think I need to re-assess my listings.

When applying delegation, yet we need to clear about how it affects on our objectives. Isn’t it Margarita? There are some time consuming tasks which doesn’t help me directly on income, not yet! But they are contributing to accomplish my future objectives. Do you think that it’s alright to keep ‘em on hold and focus more on what working right now? :)

I really appreciate you taking the time. I really think that spending time on a blog post is a gift to the owner. I treat it as such.

I realize that I cannot delegate my videos. I have to work on those. They are far from perfect, but each one is better than the previous.

With my Prosperity Team we had a challenge last week. To create 24 videos! Wow, it was a stretch. But I managed it.

Have a great time and keep your time for things that are of high value and important. I would recommend the book “The 4-hour Work Week” by Tim Ferris. It can help further in the process of changing your perception of what is possible.

I find so much improvement in the video of yours Margarita :) Clarity, placement, tone etc. I don’t find creating videos is just easy. Well, that’s me ;)
