~Margarita, It is lovely to meet you. I read a comment of yours on Adrienne Smith blog that Harleena Signh wrote.
With that said, I find this post very peaceful. I see this as the perfect post for me.

So, I took a deep breath and did some self assessment to see if I am still stuck in some hurts. Yeah, I am somewhat. I know that my late mother was perpetually stuck in bitterness. I never wanted to take on the same way of dealing with things as she did, and not so successfully.
I have to say I have been through a lot tough experiences which I can not un-do. I try to use those experiences to help other learn how to avoid them same or to recognize that it is possible to get out a bad situation and go forward.

I am glad I found you, as I believe you will be a good influence on me.thank you

Dear Malika,

thank you for visiting my blog and reading the post on getting unstuck. I think it relates to everyone. The real challenge is to See the things we actually cannot see. This is the mystery. Things we cannot see, but we can experience, created the reality. And we think this is it.

So to access the real powers, we all have locked deep within us, we must slow down and dwell in the eternal silence. This is the only way to solve our “being stuck” situation.

Hi Margarita,

Just like Malika – it sure was wonderful to meet you through Adrienne’s blog yesterday :)

That was indeed a nicely done video, and an apt picture of the poor elephant who perhaps is trying to get unstuck. Yes indeed, we all have our share of problems and quite often we try various ways and means to resolve those issues. I liked your three main ways of recognizing, relaxing and resolving such problems.

I think slowing down in life is SO essential, though few of us are really able to do that because we always in a rush with no time for anything or anyone, which is so sad. The only way to resolve an unstuck feeling is to believe that what happens, it happens for a reason and so we learn to accept things as they are and grow with it. I think if we do these, we’d very much be in a better place.

Thanks for sharing this with us. Have a nice week ahead :)

Dear Harleena,

thank you for visiting my blog. I read your guest post at Adrienne’s and realized that you are a master of words. Very insightful post on commenting.

Being a part of a community with like minded people is the only way to jump out of our “stuck ness”. Often family and friends are not our best option. we love them, but they know our old us, nit the new we thrive to become.

Be well and “see you” again. :)

Hi Margarita,

This is definitely something I can relate to. Many of times just sitting hear in front of my computer, I get stuck working on a projects then I get frustrated and overwhelmed. You could probably say I tend to make a mountain out of a mole hill.

There has even been times when I could not even look at the computer for days on end, because of the intensity of Anxiety.

I personally find if I take a step back to evaluate the situation, make a cuppa tea, or just to have time out, always shows a different side of things when I return.

And almost always resolves the situation. again having that little bit of time out is a blessing in Disguise.

Wayne, thank you for your comment.

I think we all experience this frustration and fear of failure. To me it happens before I start working on the computer. before I sit down and start working, it is a real struggle. As if someone is sitting in the chair already and pushing me back. Once I start, I am fine.

It is all about fear of not being able to do a good job or succeeding. However, just only seeing this is a huge success. You are right, that stepping back is a good remedy.

Have a wonderful day!

Hi Margarita,

Well it’s so nice to see some familiar faces here and I’m so glad they visited from my blog. They are going to be so impressed with what you share and not only just in this fabulous message. As you know I think that you definitely have a way of expressing yourself in a way that I’m oftentimes just in awe at what you share with us. I’m always learning from you and I walk away from your blog feeling so much smarter for some reason.

Now I loved the photo of the elephant although I feel so sorry for that poor thing. I’m sure that this particular message may not exactly pertain to him although it’s obvious he did get himself there. It’s getting out that’s going to be the hard part.

I’ve found myself in these situations before as well. It’s never fun, I agree but once again these are stepping stones to get us to where we need to be right! The self-made man part.

I read a daily devotional message the other morning and it was about we all say that we can remain positive and happy when things are going great but it’s when hard times hit that the true test comes and this is the same for this message. We all get stuck in situations or life events. We have to make those decisions of how we intend to move forward so I would hope that everyone would just slow down, evaluate the situation and then move forward calmly. It will all work itself out eventually.

Thank you again and really enjoyed your video message. Have a great weekend and hope you’re home by now.

Dear Adrienne,
i am surprised you caught my hesitation to put the picture of the poor elephant there. However, I think it represents well my point. Interesting, how thoughts are transferred without any known medium.

And yes, thank you for the familiar faces. I accept it as a gift from you.

I think that when we feel stuck, the most important step is to slow down. Especially with the breath. This brings us closer to out inner wisdom.

Have a wonderful weekend.
