[Daily Daughter Input] Daily Quote #6 || From Confucius || Start Living

by Attraction Marketing on August 1, 2013

Confucius

Wherever you go, go with all your heart.
~ Confucius ~

Thank you, Confucius. The way you do one thing is the way you do everything, whatever you decide to do each day, do it with all your heart.

If you’re working out at the gym, then run on that treadmill as if you’re about to win a 5k against the you of yesterday. If you’ve decided to follow your dream no matter what, then you damn well better do whatever it takes to reach it. If you decide to take a risk that could change your life, then take that risk with your complete approval and with your whole spirit.

Confucius is sharing with us how to live. Something he figured out 1500 years ago is something that many of us don’t realize in a life time. We proceed with caution because we’re afraid to lose, but if you’re afraid to lose, then how do you expect to win. In both cases, change is involved, and clearly what we fear is change.

I hope Confucius’s words resonated with you. Get out there, and start living.

As per usual, comment your thoughts below! Any quotes you want me post next time?

Hi Margarita

Confucius…a very wise man! You are so right if we are going to do it, go out and give it your all. Can’t complain much if we don’t give it 100 % and it doesn’t work.

I wonder if not giving it our all…is it really what we don’t want to do? Or are we just going through the motions of life until something better lands in our laps. Perhaps our assumption of things are a little distorted with reality. As they say “nothing comes to those that stand and wait”.

Great post.
