You know what to do, you know how to do it, and you still don’t do it
Starting an online business is a huge challenge to the old programming of the subconscious mind. Many bloggers do not realize what the big problem is. And no, this is not how to perform different projects – how to set a website, get autoresponder, install a plugin, or syndicate the content. The actual problem is overcoming the limited beliefs and old habits. And if you are thinking now of having a strong will power and you rely on it, you set yourself for a failure. The energies of the subconscious mind, also known as karmic energies, are much stronger than your will power.
I realized that the only way to overpower the old subconscious programming is Accountability to yourself and your instructor (coach, mentor, mastermind group). This is the only power stronger than the dull foggy energies, controlling your life on autopilot. Accountability!
Every day you have to block a small amount of time, starting with 30 minutes, and follow through. You create a check list with the task on hand. By the end of the day, if you do not have a check mark next to the 30 minutes (you can increase the time with experience), you cannot go to bed.
If you find yourself in a situation where you know what and how to do you projects, but have a resistance towards doing it, create a check list for the week (on paper!) and follow through. Increase the time when the “doing” part becomes easier. When you get into the flow, it becomes more natural over time. Resistance to change can be overcome. Here, I am at the end of my time for today.

Hey Margarita,
Work keeping you busy, eh?
Glad to see you after a long time here.
Even people start working with computers since childhood and has exposure to online businesses, yet starting an online business and maintaining is a challenge indeed, no dear?
Mmm… Accountability. It’s yet people trying to evade responsibilities and resistant to change which keep ‘em away from the solution.
I have a check list, well a to-do list to work on
And I find it’s very helpful for me to keep focus on what I need to do. Overtime it becomes a habit and don’t need a reminder
Cheers…

Hi Margarita,
Gosh girl, I sure hope everything is fine with you. I haven’t seen you in awhile so had to stop by and see what’s up.
You know I use to do this too. I thought my positive thinking would save me but little did I know I had a lot of junk in my subconscious mind that was holding me back. I read another post today on this very topic so I definitely know how important this all is to our very existence.
Forming new habits isn’t always easy but like you said, write it down and be sure you do it. I have a notebook on my desk and I write down what needs to be accomplished for that day and I make sure I do it. No excuses…
Great reminder and share. Enjoy your weekend and hope all is well with you.
